Who we are
Youth Lacrosse of Arizona is the governing organization overseeing recreational youth lacrosse clubs across the Phoenix Metro and Tucson.
Our board of directors and committee members are comprised of volunteer representatives from various youth clubs around Arizona.
Youth athletes are required to play for the club within the boundary in which they live and/or attend school. We adhere to these boundaries to encourage even distribution of athletes and to help our local high school lacrosse programs grow. High priority is given to producing players ready to excel to the next level of play if desired.

Teams are divided according to age classifications. (8U | 10U | 12U | 14U)
Age divisions are designed to encompass no more than a 24-month age span and keep athletic development levels balanced.Game formats are designed to be developmentally appropriate.

Youth Lacrosse of Arizona requires all players to hold current USALacrosse membership, be of appropriate age to play at their designated level, and conform to YLA defined geographic boundaries.
